As we continue to provide essential security services to our communities during this incredibly trying time, we are committed to ensuring your safety- and the safety of your families and our employees.
Our store will now open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 8:00am-2:00PM and Wednesday’s from 9:00am – 2:00PM
However, if you see our open sign on outside of these windows above please feel free to walk in as this indicates that we are still OPEN.
All In house services will be performed on a 1st come 1st serve basis.
When dropping off after hours, please put your smaller items such as keys, locks and other materials into an envelope with your name and phone number thru our mail slot in the front door, and we will contact you with questions or when they are ready for pick up.
For outside service requests, please call 800-577-3365, Prompt #1 our dispatch is answering calls.
Our mobile technicians have been implementing extraordinary preventative measures in regard to mitigating possible exposures to COVID-19 including, but not limited to, mandatory temperature testing each workday by our entire staff, the use of government-recommended germicidal sterilization wipes on every piece of hardware we encounter, desterilization procedures between every service call, and the use of extra preventive equipment.
